Children’s birthday parties

We have 36 sets of reusable cups, plates and bowls.

We love hosting children’s birthday parties and christening parties at Rowen Memorial Hall.
The Hall is warm, safe and well-equipped.
We can offer you exclusive use of the Hall and kitchen.
Baby changing facilities are available.
The Playing Field next to the Hall is leased by the Memorial Hall, and you are welcome to use it in the summer.

General information
We charge £35 to hire the Hall for a party.
Payment can be by bank transfer (preferred) or by cash or cheque, payable to Rowen Memorial Hall.

Please…
Use Blutack for fastening Happy Birthday banners etc. to the walls and windows, not Sellotape.
You are welcome to use the children’s chairs (we have 19) and the low tables.
Please do not use the toys.  They belong to other Hall users.

Keep disposable plastic to a minimum.
Bring your own tea towels.

Bring bin bags and take home all your rubbish.
Leave the Hall clean and tidy.
Please ask your guests to park on the roadside opposite the flagpole, to avoid congestion in the car park.

Bouncy Castles
There is space for a bouncy castle 14ft x 12ft x 10ft high inside the Main Hall, and space for a soft play area in the Rear Hall, and plenty of space on the Playing Field.
These companies have supplied bouncy castles:  Bubbles and Bouncy Parties;
King of the Castles Rhyl, Bounce a Lot, Menai Bridge, Brighouse Leisure Dyserth and Tiny Tots Inflatables, Rhyl, tel: 07419 298956.
Bouncy castles must be provided and installed by bona fide hire companies, with at least £5 million public liability insurance.

I handed your details out to lots of local mums, all looking for somewhere for their children’s partyies.
