The village of Rowen in Snowdonia National Park is a great place to live, and to make your PERMANENT Full-time home. You can be part of an active community, with Welsh singing in the Ty Gwyn Hotel on Friday evenings (under normal circumstances). We’re just five miles from Conwy.
We have a bus service and good schools and shops nearby.
Rowen is a popular place to work from home with fibre broadband, and train services from Llandudno Junction, direct to London and Manchester.
Rowen is sheltered by the mountains and close to the sea, with a pleasant climate and lovely gardens. It’s great for hill walking all the year round, coastal walks, gardening, local history, bird watching and horse riding, and good access to water sports.
This is our home. We’re in a good place. We love living here and we hope you will too!
Croeso i Rowen
Adnabyddir Rowen fel un o bentrefi harddaf yn Nyffryn Conwy ac yn fan cychwyn poblogaidd i deithiau cerdded ar fryniau a mynyddoedd yr ardal. Mae hefyd yn fan delfrydol i fyw ynddo.
Lleolwyd Rowen yng nghysgod y mynyddoedd oddi mewn i Barc Cenedlaethol Eryri ac o fewn cyrraedd agos i’r arfordir. Mae hinsawdd hyfryd yma, gyda nifer o erddi prydferth a digonedd o lwybrau cerdded gwych.
Pob dwy flynedd, bydd Diwrnod Gerddi Agored Rowen yn denu dros 900 o ymwelwyr i’r gerddi agored.
Mae’r gymuned yn Rowen yn un fywiog a chroesawgar dros ben ac fe glywir canu Cymraeg yn nhafarn Y Tŷ Gwyn pob nos Wener. Mae Rowen yn agos at dref Conwy a Llandudno ac mae dewis da o ysgolion a siopau gerllaw. Byddwch wrth eich bodd yma!
Gobeithio y byddwch yn hoffi’r wefan gymunedol a byddwn yn falch o dderbyn eich sylwadau.
