Message from Ian Trevette…
Dear Supporters of “Hope Restored” in Rowen.
Hope Restored Reg. Charity N0. 1161114 https://hoperestored.co.uk/
This is to let you know that from Friday 4th November 2022, the food collection point for donations to the “Hope Restored” food bank, will no longer be operating from “Pengwern” Rowen. We thank Mrs Anne Sherlock very much for her assistance and support.
“Hope Restored” Charity is run by volunteers and operates across Conwy County. It relies on cash and food donations to continue its work. Since the pandemic, the food bank has been under increasing pressure. With the cost of living and energy crises, this pressure has grown with around 400 food parcels issued per month. The food parcels provide enough food for three meals a day for a week. For a family, this amounts to a lot of food! “Hope Restored” also continues to provide the support needed to anyone homeless.
If you wish to donate food to “Hope Restored” this can be done directly to the “Hope Restored” centre at The Lighthouse Community (Baptist) Church, Great Ormes Road, West Shore, Llandudno LL30 2BY.
Hours: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm Tuesdays & Fridays.
Or you can call Brenda Fogg, to arrange dropoffs on other days. Tel: 07564 991789.
There are food donation points for “Hope Restored” at Asda Llandudno, TX Max Llandudno, and Deganwy and Craig y Don Coops.
Donations can be made to the “Hope Restored” bank account.

Finally, a big thank you to you all for supporting “Hope Restored” since March 2020 when the food donation point was at “Ty Hwnt yr Afon” Rowen, and later at “Pengwern”.
We ask that you please continue to support this Charity.
Your donations are much appreciated.
Kind Regards.
