The Memorial Hall is a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organization) Reg. charity no. 1204133. Our previous charity no. was 523846. The Memorial Hall is a freehold property. The adjacent Playing Field is leased to the Memorial Hall by Conwy County Borough Council for 99 years from 2013.
The Memorial Hall committee is applying for an Awards for All Wales grant, to provide a new uprated boiler and three additional new picnic tables. Our last A4A grant was in 2016, when we replaced the kitchen.
We need your message of support please.

Picture 1, Playing Field. Provide three new picnic tables. Total five.
Pic 2. Remove 13-year old 37kW Vaillant gas boiler, which was supplied and maintained by Mark Forrest Heating. Make good kitchen wall.
Install a spare wall cupboard in place of the old boiler.
Pic 3. Relocate brooms and mop buckets from utility space. Mark Forrest Heating to supply and install new 48kW Vaillant Ecotec 488 mains gas boiler on the wall next to window, with a flue through end wall.
Pic 4. Provide hooks for brooms and space for mop buckets in rear corner, next to table trolley.
Pic 5. Remove 13-year old wall heater above dividing curtains. Replace with new heater.
Pic 6. Snooker room, upstairs. Remove electric heater. Mark Forrest Heating to supply and install one new double radiator, controlled from the boiler. Reduce height of curtains.
Costs New boiler and all heating equipment and installation £7884 inc. VAT. Mark Forrest Heating quote available.
Three new picnic tables ex Plastecowood, Bodelwyddan, north Wales £1200 inc VAT and delivery. Quote available.
Sundries: Make good the kitchen corner, install spare corner cupboard, make new hangers for brooms and mops. Estimated £350.
Total = £9434
Funding We plan to apply for an Awards for All Wales grant for £9000.
